Here in this series of Blog Posts we will be answering questions we get most Frequently asked.
Q: Does Maxarmory provide a tracking number for all orders?
A: Yes we absolutely do. Doesn't matter what size or amount the order is, once we package and put the shipping label on the box, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided when you placed your order.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: In most cases we ship the same day the order is made. We cannot guarantee we can ship an order if it is placed past 12pm est that day. If you are concerned about shipping time please call or email us. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Also, if you are a first time blank gun purchaser your order must be verified before we can ship the order to you.
Q: How old do you have to be to purchase a Blank Firing Gun?
A: You must be 18 years or older to purchase a Blank Gun. This also includes blank ammo.
Q: Can I order a Custom Engraved badge that says "Sheriff or Police Officer" on it?
A: Yes you can. However you must show us valid credentials from a U.S. government police agency.
Q: Can I remove the orange plug or tip from my Blank Firing Gun?
A: No. This is an illegal act that we do not endorse at all. If you work in the film industry and wish to remove the orange marking, you must request permission from Department of Commerce's Chief Counsel of Technology. A request for this should be made, in writing, and must include a sworn affidavit which states that the blank gun will be used only in the theatrical, movie, or television industry (15 CFR 1150.4)
