Exchanges and Returns
Important warranty and product return information is provided in this document. Please take a moment to read and understand our return policies. All of our replica guns are tested before they ship. In order to keep our prices as low as possible we must employ strict policies for returns and replacements. We apologize if this causes any difficulty for our customers but due to the nature and usage of these products there is a high probability of accidental damage in use, abuse, and normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear and minor aesthetic imperfections are not considered a manufacturer's defect and are not covered under any warranty.

*Please note that blank ammunition, magazines, cases, and other separate components are not covered under warranty nor can they be returned. We appreciate your cooperation.

Standard Return Policy: 7 Day Return Policy
Customers must contact us via e-mail (support@maxsell.com) to obtain an RMA number. Please include your billing address, name and items ordered in the e-mail. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. Must be returned in original wrapping, saleable new condition.

Blank guns and other replica guns may not be returned if they have been altered or damaged by the customer in any way. This includes scratching, damaging, or disassembling the gun as well as removing the red plug in the barrel for replicas that have a red plug. If a blank gun is returned in this condition it will be refused. 
The condition of each replica is documented by photographing before being packaged for shipment.

Customers may return an item within 7 days of receipt. If the item was received in error, damaged, or defective we will cover the cost of the return. Items in this condition may be returned for an exchange or repair. We will perform a thorough examination on items which are defective to determine the validity of the claim. We will also examine the surveillance video to determine if the item was visually defective when it was originally packaged. If we determine that the item is defective we will ship the exchanged or repaired item free of charge. If we determine that the item is not defective we will return the item to the customer at his/her expense.

Customers may return an item within 7 days of receipt even if the item was not received in error, defective, or damaged. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item is returned for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. Additionally, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Any items returned with missing components or damaged in any way will be refused. 
Please note that this policy does not apply to custom made items and blank ammo. Custom made items may only be returned if we have made a mistake in making them. We may refuse the return of any item if we determine the mistake was made by the customer. Any item that is specifically created for the customer may not be returned if it does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

Refunds
We will notify the customer via e-mail of their refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receipt of the return. 

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning products to us as well as the original shipping cost unless the product is defective or received in error. Products which are sold with free shipping still have a shipping cost which is not refundable.

Shipping and Liability
It is the purchaser's responsibility to check and comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to any item/s we sell on our website prior to ordering. You must be 18 years of age or older to order, and 21 or older to sign for blank firing gun deliveries. You will be required to show proof of age and signature at the time of delivery for all Blank Gun deliveries. Most orders ship within 24 hours after placing the order, Pre-Orders, weekends and holidays excluded. First time customers must verify address, before the order gets finalized. Shipping to an alternate address can be possible, after verifying age, address, and cardholder approval.

Be advised on orders of $300 or more, you will be subject to pay an insurance fee to protect the delivery of your order. Call us for insured shipping pricing. (954) 571-2121. By knowing this you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions.

First Time Customers
As stated on Shipping and Liability (last sentence), first time customers must go through the Age, Address, and Cardholder Verification Policy when buying any blank gun. We ship to you and your billing address. MaxArmory will capture the payment and finalize your order after you (cardholder) call us to complete said policy. Remember, we only ship to the cardholder and billing address with restricted delivery and signature required. Please make sure your billing address is updated before you place your order.
