Shipping and Lost Packages
Shipping Time: If your order is placed prior to 12pm EST, verified and items are in stock, it will ship that day. Custom orders will take longer (Contact us for more information before ordering). We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
If you did not receive your package you will need to contact us within 3 days/ 72 hours after the delivered notice has been issued, either through email or phone.
